Proof of residence is required for all students. To complete your child’s registration, you must come to the school and provide proof of residence. You must provide:
· Two (2) current utility bills dated in July (ex: gas, water, or electricity-cell phone bills are not acceptable). BILLS WITH DISCONNECT NOTICES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS A PAID RECEIPT IS ATTACHED.
· Driver’s license - We copy your license for identification purposes when checking your child out of school and/or writing checks to the school. The driver’s license must have the current address.
· If your lease is updated during the summer, you must provide the new lease. We will copy the new lease.
· Items brought for verification will be copied and returned to you.
REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED (PACKET TURNED IN AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE FURNISHED) BEFORE YOUR CHILD WILL BE PLACED IN A HOMEROOM FOR THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL YEAR.
Collect the items needed before registration. We will not accept partial registration items. The above dates are for COMPLETED registration only. If any changes in address or phone numbers have occurred over the summer, please notify us at that time.
